OpenOffice is a free, open-source office suite available on nearly any operating system. This software includes "Writer" which saves word processing documents as "ODT" files.

ODT files were once viewable on older versions of iOS. With current versions, it is not possible to view these files. You will need to convert them into text-based chord charts using the Conversion Toolbar found in the Song Editor within OnSong.
