The best way to get official OnSong technical support is through the app. This allows OnSong support representatives to reproduce and see your issue for faster resolution. Use the Open OnSong Support button below to open the app and provide details.
Be sure to open this link on the device where you are experiencing the issue in the OnSong® app.
In OnSong 2022 or Higher
Tap on the gear icon in the Menubar to open the Utilities Menu and then choose Support » Contact Us.
In OnSong 2020
Tap on the gear icon in the Menubar to open the Utilities Menu and then choose Communicate » Get Support.
