OnSong

Terms of Use

OnSong is an optional, auto-renewing paid subscription that helps support ongoing development of OnSong. Subscribers gain access to features provided by OnSong including certain “advanced” or “early access” features, benefits, and content. Whether or not a feature, benefit, or content falls into these categories is subject to change at any time without notice or refund. No minimum amount of features, benefits, or content is implied or guaranteed. Use of the app is subscription to the End-User License Agreement.

Training and Support

Training materials are offered solely in English. Support is provided in English and in other languages as provided through machine translation. Support levels are dependent on subscription tier. Training materials are offered as-is and without warranty.

App Store Terms

All App Store in-app purchase transactions are handled exclusively by Apple and governed by their policies. Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To change your auto-renewal settings or cancel your subscription, please reference this Apple knowledge base article. Changing your auto-renewal settings does not affect the current subscription period. Any refunds must be requested and subject to the Apple App Store refund policy.

OnSong LLC, does not process Apple App Store subscription payments and cannot provide a partial or complete refund for any reason. If you are experiencing technical issues with your OnSong subscription, contact us. Questions regarding payments and payment policies should be directed to Apple.

Website Terms

All website transactions are handled exclusively by OnSong LLC and governed by our policies. Payments are charged against your credit card in a PCI-compliant manner on a monthly or annual basis through our partner, Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled or updated to a different plan. Refunds are available if you choose not to retain account access through the end of the paid billing period and are subject to our refund policy.

Privacy

Your privacy is our highest priority. As with the rest of our app, OnSong conforms to and is governed by our strict privacy policy.
